About a year ago, I was introduced to the company Wildtree. Have you heard of them? It's basically a mealtime solution company. Their products are all organic and they have these great freezer meal workshops that use fresh ingredients that you can freeze and then make later. It really is genius and makes dinnertime so much easier. Full disclosure here, I loved it so much that I started selling their products and hosting workshops to share these meal solutions with other busy moms. I think we all have the good intention of serving our families healthy meals, but I've found if I'm not prepared that intention can go right out the window!
So here is our meal plan for the week.
Monday - Wildtree turkey burgers (from the Get Your Grill On workshop)
Tuesday - Wildtree pork chops (from the Around the World workshop) - recipe below
Wednesday - Wildtree pulled pork tacos (from the Around the World workshop)
Thursday - breakfast food (eggs, sausage, pancakes)
Friday - pita pizzas
Normally I can just lay out about 3 Wildtree meals on Sunday night and then use them throughout the week. This week I was out of meals, so I needed to spend some time putting the freezer meals together, but now I'm set for several weeks!
I also prep most of my lunches on Sunday, but I will share that in a future post. Please enjoy the recipe below and feel free to comment or contact me if you'd like more information on Wildtree!
Enjoy!
Jennifer
